Accessibility Statement

SnapOps Cloud Solutions is committed to making snapops.cloud accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998), the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 2013 (Amendment 13) and Israeli Standard 5568, which adopt the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This statement was published on 16 September 2026 and is reviewed at least once a year, and whenever the site changes materially.

Reporting an accessibility barrier

If any part of this site does not work for you, tell the coordinator by phone or email. It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. Reports are acknowledged and answered within five working days, and barriers are fixed rather than worked around. You may also request any content on this site in an alternative format.

Accessibility features of this site

  • Skip link. "Skip to main content" is the first thing the keyboard reaches on every page.
  • Landmarks and structure. Every page is built from labelled regions (header, primary navigation, main, footer navigation) and one heading outline: a single top-level heading, then section headings in order, with no levels skipped.
  • Keyboard. Every link, button and control can be reached with the Tab key and operated with Enter or Space, in reading order. Nothing requires a mouse, a hover or a specific gesture.
  • Visible focus. The element that has keyboard focus always shows a high-contrast outline.
  • Text alternatives. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative graphics, icons and animations are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Colour and contrast. Every text and background pair used on the site meets the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum of 4.5:1 (the lowest pair in use measures 4.9:1), and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
  • Zoom and reflow. The pages can be enlarged to 200% and viewed at 320 pixels wide without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
  • Motion. The site follows the operating system's "reduce motion" setting by default. The "Reduce motion" button in the navigation switches all animation off on demand, and the choice is remembered on the device.
  • Language. Each page declares its language so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
  • No time limits, no flashing. Nothing on the site times out, auto-advances or flashes.

Accessibility options button

The round button at the bottom-left corner of every page opens a panel of adjustments. They are applied immediately and remembered in your browser until you reset them.

  • Larger text — enlarges all text in three steps, to 150%.
  • High contrast — white text on a black background, with links in yellow.
  • Underline links — underlines every link so it is recognisable without colour.
  • Readable font — replaces the site's typefaces with a plain sans-serif and widens letter spacing.
  • More spacing — increases line height and the space between paragraphs and list items.
  • Stop motion — stops every animation and transition, including the front page's particle effects.
  • Big cursor — enlarges the mouse pointer.
  • Highlight focus — draws a thick outline around whatever has keyboard focus.
  • Reset — returns everything to the site's defaults.

The panel is a dialog: it opens with Enter or Space on the button, can be closed with Escape, and returns focus to the button. It is built into the site itself; no third-party service is loaded.

How this site was checked

The site is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and relies on nothing else to be read. It was checked by working through every page with the keyboard alone, by reviewing the markup for text alternatives, labels, landmarks and heading order, and by measuring the contrast of every colour pair in use. It is intended to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge and with the screen readers built into macOS, iOS and Android; if it does not work with yours, please tell us.

Known limitations

The headline on the front page can redraw its letters as particles when "snap it" is pressed; the effect is decorative, is skipped when motion is reduced, and the headline text itself stays in the page and readable throughout. We are not aware of any other part of the site that falls short of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you find one, it will be fixed.

SnapOps Cloud Solutions is a one-person consultancy with no premises open to the public; services are provided remotely by video call, phone and email, and alternative channels are arranged on request through the coordinator above.
